End-User License Agreement (EULA)

License terms for using Automate with Cass software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and payment of all applicable fees, Automate with Cass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for your own tax firm or business
• Allow authorized staff to use the Platform on your behalf
• Invite your own clients to upload documents via the client portal

This license does not grant you ownership of the Platform or any intellectual property contained within it.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Platform without written permission
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access controls
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

3. Ownership

The Platform, including all software, interfaces, design, and content (excluding your own uploaded content), is owned by Cassandra Eleazer and/or licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved.

4. Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be automatic and may change functionality or appearance.

5. Term & Termination

This EULA remains in effect while you maintain an active, paid account and comply with all applicable terms. We may suspend or terminate your license if:

• You violate this EULA or the Terms of Service
• Your subscription or payment lapses
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent usage

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease. We may delete or restrict access to your data in accordance with our data retention and legal obligations.

6. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
