No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, setup fees, and services provided by Automate with Cass. By activating your subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. All payments are final.

STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

Automate with Cass maintains a strict no-refunds policy for all fees, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription fees (Starter, Core, Team, Enterprise)
  • One-time setup fees
  • Add-ons, upgrades, or premium features
  • Any additional service or platform-related charge

All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Refunds Will Not Be Issued for Any Reason

Refunds will NOT be provided under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service or personal expectations
  • Failure to use the platform or forgetting to use it
  • Cancelling early within a paid billing cycle
  • Technical issues, bugs, or temporary downtime
  • Change of business needs or strategy
  • Duplicate charges resulting from multiple self-managed subscriptions
  • Forgetting to cancel before the 14-day trial ends
  • Misunderstanding of features already described on the site

Important: Initiating a chargeback is a breach of our Terms and results in immediate account termination.

3. Free 14-Day Trial

All new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the chosen plan.

During the trial:

  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
  • You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial expires
  • A valid credit card is required to activate the trial
  • Billing begins automatically when the trial ends

Once billing begins, no refunds will be issued.

Pro tip: Set a reminder 48-72 hours before your trial end date.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time inside your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not receive a refund for unused days or partial months
  • You will not be billed for future periods
  • Your tenant environment and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any attempt to dispute a valid charge or file a chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent loss of access to all data
  • Permanent ban from future use of Automate with Cass
  • Submission of full service logs to your bank as proof of delivery
  • Possible legal action to recover fees, costs, and damages

We strongly encourage contacting support before initiating any dispute.

6. No Exceptions Policy

There are NO exceptions to this No Refund Policy. Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • Business closure
  • Bankruptcy
  • Financial hardship
  • Staffing changes
  • Industry or compliance changes
  • Incompatibility with internal systems
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

The trial period exists specifically to avoid the need for refunds.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged (for example: an unintended plan upgrade), notify us within 7 days.

We will investigate and, if a legitimate billing error occurred, we may issue a correction or account credit at our sole discretion.

Note: Forgetting to cancel before trial expiration is not considered a billing error.

8. Your Responsibility

By subscribing, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to this No Refund Policy
  • You understand all payments are final
  • You will review your subscription before the trial period ends
  • You will manage your billing information responsibly
  • You will not initiate chargebacks for valid charges
  • You understand that improper disputes may result in legal action
