My Story

I've been in your shoes. I've felt the chaos of January through April—the endless email chains, the "I sent it, did you get it?" conversations, the 3 a.m. scrambles to find missing documents.

For years, I worked as a tax preparer at a mid-sized accounting firm. Every tax season felt like drowning. I'd spend 60-70 hours per week, and at least 20 of those hours were wasted on administrative tasks that should've been automated:

"Sending the same email to 15 clients asking for their W-2s. Organizing email attachments into folders. Chasing down missing receipts. Manually tracking who's submitted what."

I thought, "There has to be a better way." So I started researching automation tools. But everything I found was either:

• Too expensive for a small/mid-sized firm
• Too complex (requiring IT staff to set up)
• Too generic (not built specifically for tax professionals)

So I built my own solution. I automated my document collection process, and within one tax season, I saved 22 hours per week. I went from working 70-hour weeks to 48-hour weeks. I processed 35% more returns. I actually had time to sleep.

My colleagues noticed. They asked me to help them set it up. Word spread. Before I knew it, I was helping tax professionals across the country automate their practices.

That's when I realized: this isn't just a tool. It's a movement. Tax professionals deserve better than email chaos. And I'm here to make that happen.
